Katherine Milsop is an editor, audio producer and content strategist
with a passion for smart, audience-driven storytelling. She’s led projects across audio, digital and multimedia at WNYC, Morning Brew and The Wall Street Journal. She’s driven by curiosity, guided by editorial integrity, and always looking for new ways to tell stories that matter.
Katherine is a supervising producer on The Wall Street Journal’s audio team. She’s overseen several shows and projects, including The Future of Everything and Tech News Briefing. She currently leads production on Bold Names, a fast-growing video podcast hosted by WSJ columnists Tim Higgins and Christopher Mims.
Prior to joining WSJ, she was a senior producer at Morning Brew where she led the Business Casual podcast.
Katherine spent several years working in live radio, producing and directing WNYC’s daily culture talk show. She was part of the team that launched All Of It with Alison Stewart.
Katherine began her journalism career as a local reporter at North Jersey Media Group, contributing to the weeklies, NorthJersey.com and The Record newspaper. She won several awards for her public service and business reporting, and learned to love the drama of town council meetings.
She has also written essays for New York Magazine’s The Cut and Popula.
